bungeepackfix: resourcepack loading title stays on the screen

What happened?

When loading resource pack again, resource pack is not downloaded due to bungeepackfix but resource pack loading title from ItemsAdder stays on the screen

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Load resource pack using ItemsAdder
2. Go to another server in proxy
3. Load resource pack again using ItemsAdder
4. Loading title stays on the screen

This issue is related to bungeepackfix. Anyway bungeepackfix will be useless on 1.20.5, so this issue will be closed in favor of the new upcoming update.
