After the client starts, it enters the server for the first time without loading the material bag, and enters the normal loading for the second time. However, after the client is restarted, the first entered server still does not load the material bag

You run an outdated server. Please use at least 1.20.4 and also update ItemsAdder to the latest version supporting it (3.6.4-release-3)
