What happened?

I already reported this on the forum and they sent me here, btw whenever i try to join the server the resource packs load but after it loaded it says Resource pack couldn't be appliet, already checked the client logs and this what is saying

Pack application failed: java.lang.NullPointerException, deleting file C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\server-resource-packs\c4e9ada93d4d0ff7250004a41c33cf513bc05be5

Steps to reproduce the issue

Self host the texture pack open the server join the server and wait it to load

I may be wrong but the issue may be the fact that your IP is set to 0.0.0.0 for the self-host, which may not work here. Please make sure you actually use the IP of your server and that the port you use (25567) is actually a free port that isn't used for a MC server (Port should and can't be the MC server port).

Regarding your client-side error. It hints at not being able to delete your old Resource pack, which could be a permission issue on your PC, where MC doesn't have rights to delete files. Or the file in question may be opened by another programm, prohibiting the deletion of it.

I suggest deleting the server_resourcepacks folder in your client to see if that fixes it. But other than that is there nothing we can help you here with, as client issues are not ItemsAdder issues.

I'm 100% sure that i'm using the server port and the correct server ip so idk what seems to be the problem

0.0.0.0 Is an invalid IP. This is a local IP, not the external IP.

What do you mean by external IP? I used the server IP like said in the config.yml
