Bad deletion of custom block cache

• [X] I tested this with just ItemsAdder and its dependencies and with a vanilla client of the same version as the Server.

What happened?

When a custom block is modified by another block, whether it's a vanilla block or a custom block, it retains the properties of the previous block.

To be more precise I have a ‘vanilla block’ which once broken is replaced by a custom block with a ‘blacklist tools’, which is then replaced again by the ‘vanilla block’ just before. The vanilla block keeps the ‘blacklist tools’ property of the custom block.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1 - A block without blacklist tools 2 - Breaking it 3 - Have a plugin to replace it with another block with ‘blacklist tools’. 4 - Wait for the time you set in your plugin 5 - Attempt to break the block back into its original state

Final - note that the latter has kept the blacklist tools
