Adding inventories to furniture/custom blocks

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a system where we can add inventories to custom blocks/furniture. This could open several possibilities with the custom blocks system, such as adding chests, more barrels, and hidden storage blocks.

Describe alternatives you've considered The best alternative solution I've found is placing a chest inside a furniture block, but this is clunky and requires someone with setblock perms to do.
