You were quite responsive (and I thanked you for that), but all of a sudden I get this cold reply. Maybe I am stupid, maybe the guide is not quite as clear as you think. Maybe both.

Meanwhile, my son paid six times his weekly allowance for a mod that doesn’t work for him. He is very sad.

When I have a problem, I google first to see if there is a solution. I found that somebody else had the problem, and there was a dialogue, so I joined the dialogue according to what was stated there (give the full log). Then we had more dialogue, until it was cut off.

Here’s the curse: if you have a procedure, and are kind to somebody at one time and skip it, people will not understand and think that that is the new procedure. Better stick to the standard procedure. I learned the hard way too.

I don’t understand the change of tone. Like I wrote, I read the wiki a few times, and looked at the video a number of times, and I can’t find the solution. You were quite responsive (and I thanked you for that), but all of a sudden I get this cold reply. Maybe I am stupid, maybe the guide is not quite as clear as you think. Maybe both. Meanwhile, my son paid six times his weekly allowance for a mod that doesn’t work for him. He is very sad. It's not a cold reply, support is first given on Discord via the support team and community, if then we/they are unable to help, we direct/invite you to create a ticket or to Github, where then a very busy Developer takes over. You have completely skipped Support and the Community and gone directly to Github. If everyone started doing the same thing then, that would further reduce the limited time the developer already has to support those who can not be helped by the community and reduce their time updating and fixing the plugins.
