Describe the solution you'd like

For example we have spawn where's animation is being played Every player sees the same exact moment of animation, so even if he wasnt in this area before, once he enters spawn area, he sees the same thing and the same moment like everyone else.

Did you try using the /mc region command? It's for this exact purpose.
