What happened?

On 1.19.3 version, when an npc is sneaking for the first time, he keep the position of sneaking all along the record.

Steps to reproduce the issue

mc record test walk sneak un sneak walk

mc play-all test see the npc walk, sneak and walking while being sneaking.

Server version

This server is running Paper version git-Paper-448 (MC: 1.19.3) (Implementing API version 1.19.3-R0.1-SNAPSHOT) (Git: 155aa36) You are running the latest version Previous version: git-Paper-307 (MC: 1.19.2)
