Can you please make the items that are gathered in the general stack are collected faster, because my players digging into the mines have been waiting for this for a very long time. There is also a bug related to the prohibition to raise the drop, if the drop raising is disabled in the region, it can still be raised

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior I expected that my players will be able to quickly get things by digging in the mine, and as a result, I have to return for a drop. And also the fact that in regions where drop raising is disabled, players can raise if there are more than 64 items (stack) and if 70, then you can raise up to 64
