Describe the solution you'd like

Adding content before or after each line in Lore and Name； this is very useful for add a Tooltip icon. Now Lore: "Firstlore", prefix "AAA", suffix "BBB". Updated lore "AAAFirstloreBBB"

Hello, you can look this picture, Items have a special border. This is a combination of image + offset + Lore.

but if change the item Name directly, the item name will become very strange in Message. I'd like to have a feature ，that will add prefixes and suffixes ，in item Lore and Name on each line. This allows items to add rare tag， and can be changed at any time, and it is much cooler than just tag
