[BUG] - bypass.clientcheck not working for Unknown Brand

Describe the bug w.hacks.bypass.clientcheck permission does not bypass unknown clients. User is still kicked for Unknown Brand

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Use a Custom Client, assign the w.hacks.bypass.clientcheck bypass permission and attempt to login.

Expected behavior User can login with a custom client if given the permission
