[BUG] Speed check kicks you when sprinting

Describe the bug You get kicked for speed hacks when sprinting normally on version 1.19.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Wraith
2. Start the server
3. Sprint/Walk around (see video)
4. See that you get kicked

Expected behavior I expected the check to not randomly kick legit players.

• Server version: Paper 1.19
• Client version: Vanilla 1.19
• Plugin version: 2.3.1

Additional context

• Happens in all versions, not just 1.19.
• I am using the default configuration.
