OCS Server 2.4.1 - plugins and available packages teledeply missing after update server #43

I just updated OCS Server to ver.2.4.1 (from 2.4) and my all available plugins and packages to teledeploy has gone. I can install again all plugins it's not a big problem, but all my packages to teledeploy... Any hint to restore my all packagaes?
