Can't install officekey plugin after 2.7 OCS update #62

I have updated OCS Server from 2.6 to 2.7 version. After the installation can't install officepack plugin.

I have deleted every element of old officepack installation even I dropped the tables in MySQL, but when I click Install in extensionmanager page produces the next message: "Extension successfull installed ! Please, logout and re-log to finish the console installation." Later I logout and re-log but the table in the same webpage(extensionmanager) where plugin must show is empty and if I look for the tables in MySQL I only find officepack, the first table that script creates.

I have corrected MySQL credentials in z-ocsinventory-server.conf and zz-ocsinventory-restapi.conf but same trouble.

I have been looking for ocs, apache and MySQL logs but doesn't show any error about this.

Can you help me?

I have followed all the instructions and launched scripted installation after I created all the tables structure from .sql files and the data of Office is coming to the server. I can see data in "officepack" table, but OCS web doesn't show me the Officepack details ...

Note: Sorry for my english, I'm from Spain.

Hi,

Since you updated from 2.6, I would recommend you to manually clean the tables from the plugin since they might not have been cleared properly.

Please use the master branch, some new fixbug are present.

Did you ran the python script afterward ? Also, did you restart apache ?

I have dropped all tables and created again following the sentences in .sql files, so the tables are correct and the main table is receiving the computers data.

I don't understand your second comment, what is master branch?

I used the python script to finish the installation and I restart apache in every step. So the officepack table are receiving data correctly.

The problem is that the first step where extensionmanager has to install the plugin, it doesn't.

The plugin is collecting data but OCS web is not showing the parts related to the plugin.

Is there any log where I can find information about the installation of the plugin in "extensionmanager" web?

The installation bug has been fixed. You can install the new release :)
