Bug Fixes, Better Documentation, Dependency Updates, and Some Enhancements

Notes

This is a significant update to Circles as it introduces some breaking changes . When updating your repo to this newest update, please make sure you do the following for a clean install:

• delete the 'node_modules' folder
• delete your mongo database (use the included compass app, or the command-line tool mongosh, to drop the "circles" database).
• Make sure you update to the LTS version of npm and node. I am currently using npm 9.5.0 and node (LTS) 18.15.0
• npm install
• npm run serve
• Add back all test data to the database using the /add-all-test-data - step 11 route

• [breaking] Adjusted Network Communication API naming. E.g., using a _CIRCLES.EVENTS.RECEIVE_DATASYNC event to receive synching changes (see changes in https://github.com/PlumCantaloupe/circlesxr/tree/main#circles-networking )
• [updates] Updated mongoose API to use promises
• [feature] Added the ability to generate magic links with the group name included
• [clean-up] Cleaned up some unused console logs and files
• [bug fix] fixed an issue where some gltf's were not loading
• [feature] ability to have portals and checkpoints turn default models off (so you can add your own)
