Adding in all new Content and Features Associated with Algonquin College "Women in Tech." Workshops

This is a pretty large PR that mostly adds in new content for the Women in Tech. workshops i.e., three more finished worlds, as well as some documentation changes and some features.

The list of changes is following:

• The addition of WIT Act 1: "Growing Up" world
• The addition of WIT Act 2: "In the Classrom" world
• The addition of WIT Act 3: "On the Job" world
• Updated readme documentation (thanks @MarkMcGregor-dev!)
• Added in ability to use Janus webrtc adapter so we can use audio
• Added in some basic controls for muting/unmuting mic on startup and during experience (buttons on desktop, tablet; and the y-button for the oculus Quest)
• Added in updated aframe-extras so we can use nav-meshes and Aframe 1.2.0
• Updated networked-aframe form that supports worldTransforms to most recent NAF master ( https://github.com/PlumCantaloupe/networked-aframe/tree/feature-add-world-sync )
• Added in simple circles-button for throwing in quick interaction points
• Added in "Example World" that showcases nav-meshes and example of artefacts, circles-buttons etc.
• Optimized Women in Tech. worlds' models, sound, nav-meshes etc.
• Fixed a lot of small bugs, formatting, and typos :)

Note that some of this was merged previously into master to get some of these features in, but that overall this branch is now complete so we will now merge the entire branch into master.

Finally fixed mirrors also, so you should see yourself on all devices (including the Oculus Quest) now in the Viola Desmond Salon and the Wardrobe room.
