Blog post import/export #481

Some users might wanna move to another instance or to another platform. They need a way to take their blog posts and media with them.

There should be a way in the web interface to get an archive containing every post as a separate text file (probably named slug.md) and the associated media files. Bonus point for API endpoint and CLI command :wink:

Maybe one can get some inspiration from static site generators to store associated metadata in post files (like publication date, draft status, header media, etc.)

Something like what Hugo does for example : https://gohugo.io/content-management/front-matter/
