Description

Add Assembly information and instructions to PrimeCPP solution 3 as discussed in https://github.com/PlummersSoftwareLLC/Primes/pull/961.

Thanks for opening this alternative PR. I suggest we put this text after the "Run instructions", so just before "Output"? The output part tends to reside after all other documentation for a solution.
