As a state user, I can mark an inventory action 'not found'. However, if I mark it 'found' I am probably not done. I think the 'found' items stay on your worklist. Then...
I start the termination process, which may be a manual business process, or take a day/week/more.
Once that is done, then I go to that inventory screen, find the action/provider again, and start a "Mutual Action" (essentially a New/Create Action process)
I think the action and/or reason is "Mutual Action"
This would be equivalent for a Mutual Reinstatement (if the original type was reinstatement instead of termination)
