auto create myjdownloader config #37

I added the possibility to configure the MyJDownloader credentials with env-vars. This makes the initial configuration much easier.

The entrypoint writes/updates the configfile with the values from the env-vars $EMAIL and $PASSWORD. Other config values will bei preserved, only the json fields 'email' and 'password' will be touched.
