Look for appropriate graph clustering algorithm

• Find clustering algorithm that allows us to create an objective function we can optimize groups against.
• Current implementation: within each grouping, any additional edges introduced between teammates that weren't in the initial graph introduced a cost.
• We need the algorithm to be able to handle ~100s or 1000s or nodes
• R would be ideal but can use python
