fCal to 3DSlicer: Unable to do Live Reconstruction

We have successfully integrated the Polhemus Viper EM Tracker into the Plus toolkit. The GitHub repositories for our changes are:

We can successfully run all calibrations on fCal but cannot generate a meaningful reconstruction. This Google Drive link below includes the fCal logs, 3D Slicer screenshots, the tracked sequence file, the volume reconstruction from fCal, volume reconstruction from Plus VolumeReconstructor and the PLUS configuration file used.

We have tried reconstructing using fCal and also online and offline reconstructions, as shown in these resources:

Problems:

• Live reconstruction and scout scan on the Plus remote module of 3D Slicer do not run.
• Live scan on Volume Reconstruction Module works but does not display a volume
• fCal reconstruction looks incorrect
• Unable to visualize fCal reconstruction on Slicer when reconstructing offline using these instructions
