vtkBkProFocusOemVideoSource crashes on disconnect #221

When acquiring images using vtkBkProFocusOemVideoSource video source the acquisition works fine, but fCal crashes when clicking on Disconnect.

This may have been fixed by recent improvements to the class. Need to have access to a BK device to verify.
