all the spells, rituals and ceremonies - with changes form Elementarium

--> please check if you like the way I did the effects. Basically I do the size evaluation (and rolling the dice) while applying the effect, so that this works for multiple targets (xzy-faxius) and blast effects xyz-phearo. I added a "resist" sting and extracted the effect string as a constant + printing the dice roll (but not with dice so nice - maybe later but could not figure it out easily)

It could be interesting to see what happens when Elementarium is merged into the wiki - if it will be different spells or an errata to the existing ones from AMA I,II,II - after that we might be able to simplify again.

Die Effekte haben noch keine timeouts - hatten sie in der anderen Version aber auch noch nicht.
