Sync GitHub branches to SwaggerHub #2

Currently, syncing is one-way--from SwaggerHub to Github. It would be nice if PRs merged into main synced to swaggerhub. Here's documentation explaining one way we might do this.

We can do this automatically through the swaggerhub UI
