Added UPLC for untyped Plutus core, and smaller changes #16

This patch mainly adds the UPLC module.

It also adds

elam2 for two argument lambas
Some StandaloneKindSignatures
Removes constraints from Core.Term definition.
Replaced Dict with Coercion.
