Lua error after trying to spawn the missiles. #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to spawn any missiles in the most upto date version.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see lua error which says :[ACF\Shared\ACFMissileList.lua:71] attempt to call 
global 'ACFRackGUICreate' (a nil value)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
Missiles are unspawnable.

'ACFRackGUICreate' (a nil value)
