Allow warp sharing #16

Players should be able to "share" private warps with one another via /warp share {warp} {player} (and remove that share via /warp unshare {warp} {player}).

Any progress on this? This is what I want most!

Regrettably this is one of the most standalone features, and while it is oft-requested, its detached nature makes it unappealing to start. I'll make an effort to have it done next week, though.
