I have a question. When show messages TAB->HISTORY section "DECRYPT" and "DECRYPT_IMPOSSIBLE"?

If you have received or sent a transaction with an encrypted note you can tap on it - a modal open which lets you decrypt the note. This is where notifications can show up.
