Request for arm support #37

Having just aquired an Odroid HC2 from Hardkernel, seeing support for arm would be really appriciated. Currently, the only "alternative" is the unmaintained burst_arm_tools, which currently doesn't work, and only generates unoptimized poc1 plots.

Willing to add if you provide ARM shabal code

Engraver 2.0 should support ARM out-of-the-box.
