Stagger size? #67

It would seem that Engraver doesn't ask for stagger size and that it's also not included in the filename when plotting. This breaks tools like plotTools when trying to split or even check.

Stagger size is a relict from the past… With PoC2 all files are optimized, stagger = number_of_nonces. plotTool would need to be updated to support PoC2.
