Description

Added a Delete All button to the trade companion notification panel to allow clearing all old notifications.

The motivation of this change was often I would go AFK, and need to manually clear our dozens of notifications.

Replication Steps

Generate some fake trade notifications
Click the PurgeAll button to delete them all at once
