Database is in the watcher directory #2

The Readme says

-v /config Containes plexpy config and database
  1. this is watcher and not plexpy
  2. The database (watcher.sqlite) is in the /watcher directory

That means a rebuild of the container means loosing the database.

This database is in /watcher/userdata
