Goal

Audit icons

Todos:

[x] Get rid of all the old icons
[x] Setup Icon HOC
[x] Add new icons
[x] Add storybook entry for new icons

~Note: This PR doesn't include the loading spinner icon because I'm running into issues with the compile:icons script in web-ui. Will address that tomorrow and make a new PR for it.~

Nevermind, the spinner icon has been added! 🙌
