Authorization via OAuth URL currently not working because of changes in privacy policy for Google OAuth authorization. Need to prepare Privacy Policy for LocoLaser application.

Until it done, use Service Account. Do do it provide json file of Service Account in credential_file property.

How to use publicity visible file without Service Account? Because as I know it's possible to download any format you like from a document page. I don't know what format you use but available formats are:

xlsx
ods
pdf
csv
tsv

This is how to download each format: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/$id/export?gid=0&format=ods gid is needed only if you want to download one file per one page of document. To download all pages in one doc gid should be excluded
