Server randomly kicking players

Is this a bug with the server? Or are they my plugins?

Plugins installed: PocketMine-MP Alpha_1.3.11: AlwaysSpawn 1.0.3; C4 1.0; ChatGuard 1.1.0; Claymores 1.0; iZone 1.8; Report 1.0.5; RuinPvP 1.0.2; SimpleAuth 0.3.8; SpawnWithItems 1.5; Unbreakable_Blocks 1.2

I have a lot of banned people though

what message does the console return?

kicked: No Reason..? if they're banned, the console would return the message: username logged out: Banned.

It replys something like

hmm that's happened to me then I updated to dev. and deleted all plugins deleted everything in my player folder and all my worlds

or re-install pocketmine

ah yeah, i get those on player timeouts.

player will be logged in.

then they will appear to login again.

then it'll say "player kicked - already logged in"

then it'll say "player logged out due to timeout"

but ultimately they'll still be logged in.
