Plese add more Security measures #2355

I use PocketMine. I　always ban and ban-ip to Vandalism but Vandalism change ip adress and name and ClientID Ban and ban-ip isnt effect Plese add more Security

There is no way for us to be more secure than we already are, in terms of preventing ban evasion. An IP ban is the strictest type of ban a server program can do, and if that doesn't work, you'll have to use a plugin to enhance security.
