Windows 10 Client Item Issue #4078

Since either an update to the Windows client, or a recent PM version, items selected to the tray from a Windows 10 client are immediately dropped - there are other glitches where the original object reappears in its place. Asking on the forum, the problem is confirmed by others.

The issue does not occur with iPad clients.

Its SOME of the packets related to GMC
