MCPE 0.14.1 not supported #4114

Issue description

MCPE version 0.14.1 is not supported

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Install PocketMine using latest binaries and phar files
  2. Install latest MCPE from Apple store or Play store
  3. Try to connect

    OS and versions

    • PocketMine-MP: 1.6dev-23
    • PHP: php7
    • OS: Ubuntu Server 14.04
