Problem with php 7 and PocketMine 1.4.1 #4380

Issue description

When I install PocketMine-MP 1.4.1 and I run it, everthing works. But, I would like put my server on version 1.0.9 (I have the .phar), it's written :

[CRITICAL] You must use PHP >= 7.0
[CRITICAL] Please use the installer provided on the homepage.
bin\php\php.exe: Exit 1

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Download "PocketMine-MP_Installer_1.4.1" (https://github.com/PocketMine/PocketMine-MP/releases/download/1.4.1/PocketMine-MP_Installer_1.4.1_x86.exe) on https://www.pocketmine.net/
  2. Install it on your computer. If you don't change the file's location, look on the downloads' folder > PocketMine-MP > (Download : http://www.mediafire.com/file/05e69tlob04unwa/PocketMine-MP_2.phar), rename it by "PocketMine-MP.phar", and put it on the folder.
  3. Double click on start.bat and you see this message...
