Hextech Sword regeneration #1

Hi. Hextech Sword is supposed to give "Regeneration" buff, which it kind of does but with the duration of 0, so it doesn't actually do anything as the buff "falls off" and reapplies before it can regenerate even 1HP. In shortm it's not working.

Thx you for writing. I've fixed this issue, please download the new version of the mod.
