Added navigation links and misc UI tweaks

• Boosts and Streams links added to the top of the page to make it easy to switch between the two.
• Number formatting according to the browser's locale settings
• Actual sats received moved to mouse over
• Updated 'boosts' text to 'streams' on Streams page

Looks great to me. I'll merge it. Perhaps on the responsive view, when the space gets tight there could be font-awesome glyphs to replace the Boosts/Streams selection text at the top.
