Overview

Adds general and numerology settings to the settings page

General Settings

Show received sats vs total sats (resolves #44, #72)
Show calculated split percentage (resolves #44, #72)
Hide low boost amounts (resolves #22)
Configurable pew sound (resolves #21)

Here's an example of the sats received and split percentage settings when enabled:

Numerology Settings

Configurable numerology emojis (resolves #69)
Configurable numerology sounds (resolves #68)
Swans (resolves #81)

[x] Add conditional numerology logic to simplify the interface and allow for 💩 boosts and 🏀🔥 boosts:
- Less than X amount (<9 sats) 💩
- Greater than X amount (>=100,000 sats) 🏀🔥
- Contains X (10, 11, 8008) 🎳, 🎲, 🎱🎱
- Contains pattern/regex (33+, 55+, 666+, 777+, 177+6) ✨, 🦢, 😈, 😇, 🇺🇸
- Entire value is pattern/regex (satchel of richards 11+, row of ducks 22+) 🍆, 🦆
