Not sure the auto-test ran. I've tried to follow @agates 's style.

This isn't really important for @daveajones but I will probably use this to extend the hive operation period on my 3speak instance and leave the default at 3s as I've made it now.

Ahhh I see now, the test runs on pull requests instead of commits, that's better.
