add missing Podverse features #317

Thanks David! Most of these are accurate, except our Podping is limited (only listening for livestream notifications...maybe that still counts?), and we don't have "wallet switching" yet, if that is referring to the ability to change value recipients and "chapter" info during a livestream. We have "value time splits", but not wallet switching.

For Podping I took as example other players advertising the feature [1], and I understood that Podverse having Podping/realtime notifications (even if only for Live) was enough. Has Podcast Guru/Moonbeam more Podping support?

That both are the same. Similar to Boostagrams and Live Boosts, IMHO Live VTS/WS should be a new "feature".

The system is imperfect as a tag could have multiple implementations, but I tend to if the rest is advertising the feature, best to try to normalize with what the others players have.

@Marzal it looks like the PR met @daveajones criteria so I guess we're good to go :) each of the features i had doubts about meeting the criteria we should have fuller implementations of within the next month or two, so maybe it is ok. if someone expresses confusion after finding us on the list for a feature i will revisit and remove those from the list.
