Transform handles draw funny and barely work when shapes are really small #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a cube of size 0.1 
2. Go to model browser tool
3. Select the shape (click on it)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see handles that can still manipulate the object despite its size. 
Instead, the handles are as small as the object, and thus very hard to 
manipulate.

Latest commit adds minimum and maximum transform handle lengths to fix the 
problem.
