Prune/organize message effects in World Editor #19

In the World Editor's messaging tool, all possible functions of an object are 
displayed in the Effect trees. The messaging tool's usability would improve 
greatly if only the most commonly used functions were displayed at the top 
level.

Fixed in changeset 64e77fbc067c. Less common functions now stored under 
"More..." folder in Effect column.

This has been verified and made it into release 1.4.0.
