Preview is currently disabled in the world editor due to changes in project 
saving and opening (on top of the move to webgl). Need to reenable preview.

Committed a series of changesets that enable preview once again. Enhancements:
- Preview now displays in the same WebGL context as the rest of the Editor (no 
more iframe!)
- Don't have to save project to file before previewing
- Added placeholder sidebar for future diagnostic tools for previewing
