Cannot load MCPE 1.0 saves #801

Yesterday I wanted to load a PE1.0 save, but it doesn't work. I found the PE saves are saved in a "db" folder, and the Level.dat is empty. Then I tried to use McEdit 2.0Beta to load it, but it also failed. Can you fix this? I want to transfer the PE to PC, because it's too hard to build a huge thing on a phone. Thx~

I can store 120 GB on an external disk, but I'll have some performance issues. If you VM engine support this, try to use a dynamic sized disk. Some VM engines also permit disk image reducing to the real used size. Also, pay attention to not encrypt it. This will allow me to attach it to one of my existing VM. If you have some technical information that I shall know, please PM me.

Odd. I re-setup my environment, and now entities are working. @bman92102 is doing the same thing to makes sure it works for him.

@LaChal So...Emm...Is that possible to turn the 1.0PE save into PC now? I don't know how to do it and I really need your help. :(

Nope, it's not natively by MCEdit.

But some one is working on a filter to do that.
