I have no clue how to reproduce.

We see the same error here, with 4.1.3 The cause is, that at this point of the code, we have no labels to display in the rose chart

Setting "questionnaire | usergraph" to no "solves" the problem, but you won't have a pie chart of the results

Thanks. That might be a hotfix for this particular client :)
